Return policy

At Starsuto, we want every customer to shop with confidence. We sell home and lifestyle products, including kitchen and tabletop items, throw pillows and blankets, garden and outdoor products, wall decor, and storage and organization products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at service@starsuto.online with your order number.

If the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to the return conditions below.

Return Period

We accept return requests within 14 days after the customer receives the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, parts, manuals, labels, and proof of purchase, if applicable

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at service@starsuto.online and include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • The item name

  • The reason for return

  • Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the correct return address, if your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@starsuto.online.

Please include clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or return instructions depending on the situation.

If the issue is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, we will help resolve the problem at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery

  • The item has been used, washed, worn, altered, assembled incorrectly, or damaged by the customer

  • The item is returned without original packaging or missing parts/accessories

  • The item was damaged due to improper use, misuse, installation, storage, or care

  • The item is returned without prior approval from our customer service team

  • Final sale, clearance, customized, or personalized items, if clearly stated on the product page

Return Shipping Cost

For returns due to customer reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns caused by our error, such as a wrong item, defective item, or item damaged during shipping, we will review the evidence and provide a suitable solution. This may include a prepaid return label, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. The customer is responsible for the item until it is delivered to the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. For PayPal payments, the refund will be processed back to the original PayPal transaction or original funding source.

Refunds are normally processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or PayPal may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after it has been approved, please first check your PayPal account, bank account, or credit card statement again.

Then contact your payment provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.
